Hello, my name is Peggy. I am the founder of the Wellness For Happiness Movement whose mission is to 'Inspire and empower individuals to reach a higher level of wellness for greater happiness in life'.

But, let me share with you a bit of my story so you can understand why I decided to develop this specific 'Empower My Wellness Program'.

A Few Words about my Story

In October 2013, my life was going really well... Then, on the week of my 38th birthday, I felt a lump in my breast... I remember being led to the emergency room where the doctor gave me the most unexpected news and told me “You have cancer” while giving me a box of tissues... I had just been diagnosed with a 5 cm tumor close to the size of  an egg.

Yet, I had this clear, spontaneous thought that, while I couldn't control the event of this diagnosis, I wanted to approach it with a mind open for possibilities. While there was no value to ask 'WHY me', I instead wanted to focus on the 'HOW could this happen?'. To me, it was an empowering way to entirely shift the perspective and from this intense questioning came the awareness and exploration of potential triggers and solutions.

After surgery to remove the tumor, I dedicated my energy to identify, explore and implement solutions to transform my wellness to a much greater level. My exploratory journey to discover sustainable wellness booster opportunities began... And this program was born...

I have consulted with some of the top doctors, wellness experts, naturopaths, nutritionists; attended international health & wellness conferences, workshops, retreats, educational health programs; reviewed hundreds of data, information, books, studies; viewed documentaries, interviews of the top and leading edge experts in the field of health and wellness... All of this, because, I wanted to find out which modalities I could implement to significantly boost my wellness and healing... After going this journey of discovery, I felt compelled to share this proactive message of wellness transformation to help people better adapt to the new constraints of our current world. I launched the 'Wellness For Happiness' movement, its magazine and its online directory.
